This hut, set high on the cliff tops above Marshland Mouth, belonged to a writer called Ronald Duncan until his death in 1982 and now can be used as a shelter for walkers to admire the view..
On the 17th June Lara is going to walk the South-West Coast walk, a route that goes on for 630 miles and will take her around 2 months! The route is very hilly and considered quite difficult, and she will spend most of the journey sleeping rough in a bivi bag.
Please consider sponsoring Lara and supporting the cause of Motor Neurone Disease, by visiting www.justgiving.com/laramills630 where you can read more about her amazing adventure.
Check back here, and you will be able to see regular updates from Lara during her preparation and during the walk itself.
