Sand!
Sat for a while at the beach to soak my feet which was lovely, but got sand in one of my many blisters. Tried to get it out in a rock pool, but it didn't work. Going on anyway - hope it will work itself out.

Hey Lara,
You doing so well i've been following your progress nearly every day.
Be careful of your blisters if they get any worse make sure you see someone.
It feels so strange without you at work.
Can't wait to hopefully see you in August.
