Today (Saturday) there's cycle paths and tarmac all the way to Appledore, where I'm hoping to spend the night. It's really hurting my feet :(

Lara's 630 mile charity walk
On the 17th June Lara is going to walk the South-West Coast walk, a route that goes on for 630 miles and will take her around 2 months! The route is very hilly and considered quite difficult, and she will spend most of the journey sleeping rough in a bivi bag.
