4th of July

Left Portreath at 9.30. Brushed teeth and washed a bit in toilets, but still stink.

10.50 - last sign said 8 miles to Hayle. Stopped to eat banana.

11.47 Godrevy Island lighthouse.

2pm Found a pub close to Hayle. I hate sand dunes! Got lost as I couldn't follow the poxy signposts with my hoot up and the rain beating down. Yesterday was heaven, today is hell.

I will have to get accommodation tonight as all my stuff is wet. Will feel better after food :)
